These terms govern your use of matadeetraders.com and every purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into existence only when we confirm the order — that is, when you receive the order confirmation email from us. Until then we may decline the order, for example where the item is out of stock, where the delivery address is outside our service area, or where we suspect fraud. Where you have already paid for an order we decline, we refund it in full.
Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. When you may cancel, what can be returned and how quickly money is returned are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
You agree not to:
The name, logo, site design, photographs, product descriptions and written content belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not use them without our written permission, other than for the ordinary personal use of browsing and buying.
We are not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by something outside our reasonable control — including natural events, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, failure of transport or communications networks, or an act of government. Where such an event prevents delivery, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Complaints go first to our Grievance Officer, whose details are on the Privacy Policy page and on our Contact page. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. You may also use the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer commission having jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the consumer commission where you reside, the competent courts in India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
We may revise these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and changes do not apply retrospectively to an order already confirmed.
