We sell food. That limits what can be taken back once it has left us, so this page is specific about what we will and will not do — and about how quickly you get your money when we do.
Food products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, once the pack has been opened or the seal broken. This is for food-safety reasons and is normal practice for packaged food in India. We do take back anything that is wrong with the order:
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the pack, the batch and expiry printing, and the problem itself. Photographs matter: they are usually the difference between a same-day resolution and a long exchange of messages. Keep the product and its packaging until the matter is settled.
We do not charge you return shipping when the fault is ours. Where a return is collected, we arrange it.
If a parcel comes back to us because nobody was available after repeated attempts, because the address was incomplete, or because a cash-on-delivery parcel was refused, we refund any amount you paid less the actual cost of the failed delivery. Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery parcels may lead us to offer only prepaid orders on that account.
Write to our Grievance Officer — the details are on the Contact page. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by anything on this page, including your right to approach the consumer commission where you live, or the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.
